1. The Handbook of Indonesia Corporate Secretary will be delivered to member address after membership registration procedure completed (payment confirmed).
Here the complete order for member registration :
a. User fill membership form (mobile apps)
b. Admin validate membership form (admin page website)
c. Admin issue membership fee invoice (admin page website)
d. User get invoice on menu transaction (mobile apps)
e. User will pay the invoice using offline payment method such as transfer
f. User need to upload transaction receipt on menu transaction (mobile apps)
g. Admin Validate payment (admin page website)
h. User get transaction receipt on menu transaction (mobile apps)

After the payment confirmed, user will get :
1. Member number
2. Member card
3. The Handbook of ICSA
Number 1 and 2 will generated by system automatically, and user can see it on their profile -> membership info.

For Handbook, Our Secretariat will send it via courier to member address according to member information, there are no involvement with apps for handbook delivery.
There are no softcopy handbook for member, so the hardcopy handbook will be distributed.

2. Yes users need to pay a fee to register as our member.

3. After user fill membership form on apps, invoice need to be generated by ICSA admin on admin page (website). after invoice has been issued,
it will be shows on Apps under transaction menu. User can pay the invoice only with manual transfer (not connected to any payment gateway yet)
then upload transfer receipt via apps to be verified by ICSA admin on admin page.
4. Membership will open more features on mobile apps such as : Library, Forum, Member Card, and Certification.Managed by ICSA,
